Your institution certifies these disclosures as true, complete, and accurate to the best of its knowledge. Yet the information needed to check them sits scattered across systems no reviewer can practically reconcile by hand: publication records, outside appointments, foreign support, travel, and training status.
Each of these cases turned on the same failure: disclosures that did not match the record — mismatches that surfaced only when the government came looking.
How verification works

We assemble each researcher's compliance picture from the systems you already run and authoritative external sources: publications and affiliations, effort and appointments, funding, travel, training, and restricted-party lists.
Reconcile every disclosure
The platform cross-checks what was disclosed against what the record shows, and grades the evidence. Consistent items verify quietly. Mismatches surface as exceptions, with the evidence attached.
